ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Requests made after 24 hours depend on the
order’s processing and shipping status.
Once an order is shipped,
cancellation may not be possible.
CANCELLATION PROCESSING
Upon successful cancellation,
a credit note equal to the full order value
will be issued to you.
Cash refunds are not provided.
Credit notes remain valid for 6 months
and can be redeemed on future purchases.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange or return your outfit,
please follow the steps below.

Include your order number and the reason
within 3 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn,
and have original tags intact.

Products sent without prior confirmation
may not be accepted.
PROCESSING TIMELINES
Once we receive the returned item and
complete our quality check, we will process
your exchange or issue a credit note.
Exchanges are shipped in line with our
production and shipping timelines.
CREDIT NOTES
For approved returns or cancellations,
a credit note equal to the value paid
will be issued.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months
from the date of issue.
Credit notes can be redeemed only on
valere.in purchases.
Cash refunds are not available
as per our policy.
NON-RETURNABLE / INELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible
for returns or exchanges.
Products purchased during sales
or under special promotions.
Customized products.
Products purchased using
credit notes.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for the cost of
returning the product.
If the item received is defective, damaged,
or incorrect, return shipping will be covered.

with clear photos and videos for verification.
