Shipping policy
1. GENERAL
1.1 Valere, having its registered address at Ground Floor, 61/2 and 61/7A1A, Jamals Caladium, Kaveri Nagar Road, Vellappanchavadi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600077 (“we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates the website https://valere.in through which it facilitates the sale of apparel, accessories, and other products under the brand name “Valere”.
1.2 This Delivery and Shipping Policy (“Policy”), together with our [Terms of Service], sets out our policies and procedures regarding the delivery and shipping of products purchased on the Valere platform.
1.3 We provide shipping and delivery of our products across India. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we partner with leading logistics service providers. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that products are delivered to you in a timely manner.
1.4 By using the Valere platform and/or purchasing a product from it, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Please review this Policy each time you visit the Valere platform. If you do not agree, you are advised not to use, access, or transact on the platform.
2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 We partner with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ship and deliver products to you. Details of the Logistic Partner will be provided once your order is processed and handed over for delivery. Our standard dispatch timelines are 7–10 business days from the date of your order. An estimated delivery timeline will be displayed at checkout and shared with you by email/SMS after dispatch. While most deliveries are handled by Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship directly.
2.2 While we aim to ship across India and to most countries, certain locations may be unserviceable. In such cases, you will be notified during checkout when you enter your delivery pincode. Orders cannot be processed for unserviceable locations.
2.3 To ensure smooth delivery, you must provide accurate and complete details including name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. Valere will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
2.4 Our Logistic Partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return the product to us. In such cases, shipping and delivery charges incurred will be deducted before processing any applicable refund.
2.5 While we make every effort to deliver products on time, delays may occur due to:
(a) logistical issues beyond our control,
(b) adverse weather conditions,
(c) political disruptions or strikes,
(d) natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), or
(e) other unforeseeable circumstances.
In such cases, we will attempt to notify you via your registered email and/or mobile number. However, Valere shall not be liable for any loss or claim arising from delivery delays, and we are not obligated to provide compensation in such situations.
